SaffronTrace is a product that aims to combat issues like adulteration, counterfeiting, and lack of traceability in the saffron trade industry. The scope of the project includes a blockchain-based network for trading saffron, where each package is tagged with a unique identifier containing information about its origin, quality, and authenticity certificate. This project covers various aspects, including structure diagram, scalability, cost/revenue analysis, financing options, marketing strategies, success metrics, SWOT analysis, and stakeholder analysis.
